The story

The problem

A review app has two customers. The merchant wants proof on the product page without another script slowing it down. The shopper wants to see the item on a real person before buying. Most apps serve one and annoy the other.

The idea

We treated the widget as part of the storefront, not a box dropped on top of it. It comes in through a theme app extension, takes its look from settings the merchant controls, and shows photos and video first because that is what answers the sizing question.

The result

Rava Reviews is live on the Shopify App Store. Doing that review ourselves is why we can tell you what yours will ask for.
