Privacy policy

What this covers

This policy covers ravanix.app and the enquiries you send us through it or by email. Ravanix Technologies LLC-FZ (“Ravanix”, “we”) is responsible for that information.

Our products have their own policies. If you use Rava Reviews, read its privacy policy and terms of service. When we build software for a client, how we handle that project’s data is set out in our contract with them.

What we collect

When you send a brief through our contact form, we receive:

• your name and email address
• your company, if you give it
• the service you are interested in and your budget, if you pick one
• your description of the project

If you email us directly, we receive your message, your email address and anything else you choose to include.

Like any web server, ours keeps technical logs of the requests it receives, such as the page asked for and the time. These logs may include your IP address. We use them only to keep the site running and secure, and they are overwritten as new ones come in.

What we don’t do

The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising pixels or tracking scripts. Its fonts, images and code come from our own server, so loading a page sends nothing about you to anyone else. Links to other sites, such as the map on our contact page, take you to services with their own privacy policies.

We don’t sell your details, and we won’t add you to a mailing list.

Why we use it

We use your enquiry to reply to you, talk your project through, and prepare a project plan and estimate. You asked us to do that by writing to us, and we rely on that request to process your details. If we go on to work together, our contract covers the rest.

Who else handles it

The contact form reaches us as an email. It is sent over an encrypted connection through our email delivery provider to our business mailbox, and the site itself runs on servers we rent from a hosting provider. These providers handle your details only to provide their service to us, and some of them store data outside the United Arab Emirates.

We don’t share your details with anyone else unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your enquiry for as long as we are discussing a project with you. If no project comes of it, we delete it within 24 months. If we work together, we keep project correspondence for as long as our contract and the law require.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the details we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete them, or object to how we use them. Email contact@ravanix.app and we will reply within 30 days. If you are not happy with our answer, you can complain to the data protection authority where you live.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update it here and change the date at the top.
